Exclusive Luxury Florist for Potomac, Chevy Chase, Bethesda, McLean, Great Falls & Washington, DC

I ordered a beautiful arrangement online for a friend’s birthday to be delivered the next day, a Saturday. Ultimate Floral Design called shortly after telling me the color calla lily I ordered was out of stock and offered different color options. They sent texts showing me the color options along with the orchids and we chose the best option together. I appreciated their quick response and attention to detail. They texted a picture of the final arrangement before delivery to ensure I was happy. Delivery was on time and my friend loved the flowers! I highly recommend Ultimate Floral Design and will continue using them in the future.

It means a lot that you appreciated the quick communication and the photo confirmation. We look forward to helping with future celebrations.

It is always nerve-wracking when sending flowers to someone out of town. You never know what you are going to get. In my case, I had the added plot twist of having them deliver to a guest at a hotel. But Ultimate Floral Designs not only delivered a beautiful arrangement, they were super communicative and went the extra mile to follow-up with the hotel to ensure that the arrangement was delivered to the guest's room.
I appreciated that they had unique arrangements that were not simply stock photos from Teleflora on their website. I always prefer to support local than a behemoth like Teleflora.
I will definitely order from them again if I need flowers in the NoVa area again!

The most stunning and exquisite arrangement of absolutely beautiful blooms I've ever laid eyes upon. In less than one day, this lovely, bespoke arrangement was put together with absolute care and kindness. Upon the unexpected passing of a family member, I ordered online, noting the arrangement was for a funeral the next day and I would be driving with it directly to the funeral home 2 hours away. Flora contacted me immediately after I placed the order, and asked about what colors and flowers my family member loved, that she wanted to ensure it was just right. When I picked up the arrangement, it was packaged in a way so that I could easily transport the very large arrangement in my car, by myself, without incident (no spilling, tipping over, etc.). All I can say is the quality of the blossoms and greens, and the artistry of the arrangement was breathtaking, and was noted by all attending the services throughout the day. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful floral sentiment, and for your amazing customer care.

It was an honor to create something meaningful in memory of your loved one. I always believe that flowers should reflect not only beauty, but also the personality and spirit of the person they are for, and I’m so glad I could bring that vision to life for you.

I’m also happy to hear that the arrangement traveled safely and brought comfort throughout the day. Knowing it was appreciated by you and those attending means everything.

With my deepest sympathy and gratitude,
Flora
