I ordered a beautiful arrangement online for a friend’s birthday to be delivered the next day, a Saturday. Ultimate Floral Design called shortly after telling me the color calla lily I ordered was out of stock and offered different color options. They sent texts showing me the color options along with the orchids and we chose the best option together. I appreciated their quick response and attention to detail. They texted a picture of the final arrangement before delivery to ensure I was happy. Delivery was on time and my friend loved the flowers! I highly recommend Ultimate Floral Design and will continue using them in the future. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for sharing your experience and for recommending us - we're glad we could find a great color alternative and get everything to your friend on time. It means a lot that you appreciated the quick communication and the photo confirmation. We look forward to helping with future celebrations.

It is always nerve-wracking when sending flowers to someone out of town. You never know what you are going to get. In my case, I had the added plot twist of having them deliver to a guest at a hotel. But Ultimate Floral Designs not only delivered a beautiful arrangement, they were super communicative and went the extra mile to follow-up with the hotel to ensure that the arrangement was delivered to the guest's room. I appreciated that they had unique arrangements that were not simply stock photos from Teleflora on their website. I always prefer to support local than a behemoth like Teleflora. I will definitely order from them again if I need flowers in the NoVa area again! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for the thoughtful review - we're glad we could take the stress out of sending flowers out of town and that the arrangement arrived exactly as hoped. It was our pleasure to coordinate with the hotel and provide a unique design, and we appreciate you choosing to support a local shop. We look forward to helping you with any future deliveries in the NoVa area.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
