Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The daisies shown in the photo were not available to her. The florist called to confirm that her other selections similar to the overall appearance would be okay with me, and also explained that there is always an "upgrade" component to the design when the original flowers are not available. She sent a photo to confirm that I was happy with her design, and it was absolutely beautiful. She texted the recipient to let them know the flowers had been delivered at the front desk of her apartment building, as well as calling and texting me. I am very happy with BloomNation and will use them again!
