Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Flora knocked it out of the park once again! I briefly explained my vision and her arrangement was artistic perfection. Any substitutions she makes are always bigger/better than the original, and she always sends a text with a photo before sending it out for delivery. I highly recommend this local small business!
