If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Florist communicated promptly when substitutions had to be made, and created a lovely arrangement after I gave my input. Emails, texts and photos every step of the way. Ordered, modified and delivered in the same afternoon. Recipient loved the finished product.
